Took a shuttle to La Fortuna today - it drove to the lake, then all us tourists piled into a boat and went across. Arenal volcano is pretty cool. I watched the soccer game at a little Soda, and was very disappointed in the result, although Rooney scored a cracking goal. Then I went to a rope-swing and swimming hole in a river. After that I met some backpackers and we went to the hot springs. It's a really warm river; so bizarre.
