Research Log

Went out at 06:00. Saw Capuchins and Howlers today. It's great to be seeing monkeys right up to the end. Went for a run. New interns arrived this evening. They'll be doing mammal work. Helped Alex to process more snakes.

Animal of the Day

Morpho Butterfly - species unknown

This morpho didn't feel inclined to open its wings for the camera, but the top of the wings are a brilliant blue colour. This particular individual keeps breaking into the kitchen no matter how many times I lead it back outside.
